I recently stumbled upon the term "trauma literature". However, I am having a hard time figuring out what it actually referes to. I mean, there is almost no piece of literature, that does not contain an element of trauma. 

Almost every literary work (more or less) depicts and/or conveys feelings of some sort of trauma.


Could someone please explain to me this term? 

Also, examples of trauma literature would be greatly appreciated!
